It’s easy to look at others and think how lucky they are, and sometimes finding the positives in our own lives can be hard. Cultivating an attitude of gratitude is the cure !

Success is often measured in tangible ways, and as we strive to achieve more and get more, we forget that it's often the simple things that can bring us the most joy.

Writing in a gratitude journal may only take a few minutes of your day, but doing so has an awesome effect in your life .

The Law of Attraction always says that whatever you focus on grows stronger. So is the gratitude.

By making a habit to focus on the positive side of every things, even something you might label as negative, you are tapping into the secret of living a happy life.

When we start to stress on the little things that we treasure, things that may otherwise escape our attention in the chaos of daily life, not only are we becoming more positive and loving, but more giving and appreciative as well.

Our happiness is no one’s duty but our own; when we stop reacting to the negative people and circumstances around us, we’re taking back control of our lives in order to steer it in the direction we want to go.

Giving thanks to the universe is giving love, and what we give inevitably comes back to us. Have an attitude of gratitude.

Once you make a habit out of appreciating all the things being it a little bonus in life, you’ll begin to attract more positive people and situations. Bad habits and former worries will disappear, replaced by faith and good feeling toward yourself and others.

Starting a gratitude journal is easy. All you need is a pen, a notebook, and a moment to lay down your appreciation for what you’ve been given in life.

Express Gratitude to everything you have

Here’s a guide to get started 👇

Step — 1

Take a notebook or open the note app ( Evernote , one note or any other note making app in your desktop or mobile phone ).

Step — 2

Now look around and observe each minute things no matter how small it is.

Observe the insect if their is any. Observe your pet cat or dog if you have one or two, observe your mobile phone, observe the fan, observe the tv set etc.

Step — 3

Now note down what they don’t your pets can’t get in their life and what you can get.

Step — 4

Now note down what help your fan does to you. Note down what help your mobile phone does to you. Now think for a moment about the benefits you get thanks to them. Now reflect for a moment that what if they are no longer in your life.

Step — 5

Now express your gratitude to them . Write the gratitude in your journal.

“I am very grateful to my eyes, nose, mouth, ears, heart , lungs, a healthy stomach, legs and feet. I am grateful to the Supreme Power Who has given me all these riches. ”
